Nano Robot Chassis's - Update of the Prototype Development Program

Below are some of the first prototypes being tested for production later this year.

RM-NCH1 - Nano Chassis 1

This chassis consists of a solid aluminium motor block, that houses the two Nano-class geared motors and sheet steel or aluminium plates screwed to the motor block.

Various PCB, aluminum or steel sheet plates can be used to construct a robots in various shapes and sizes. 

This chassis is designed for Nano-sized swarms or Sumo competitions,  where flexibility is required to construct  individual versions of robot  teams with unique features.

RM-NCH2 - Nano Chassis 2

This chassis is machined from one solid block of aluminium. It houses the  two Nano-class geared motors and has a slot for 2-3 Lipo battery cells.  

This is a simple designed chassis that can easily be  machined or drilled for developing your own prototypes.

RM-NCH3  - Nano Chassis 3

A compact  4-wheeled  Nano-size robot chassis. There is a  nano-geared motor embedded within the each wheel axle!  

An  acrylic housing is used to house the assembly.

A low profile assembly with  high traction.

RM-NCH4  - Nano Chassis 4

A sheet metal nano-sized robot chassis. There are two nano-- geared motors secured to the chassis with straps. 

This provides an extremely compact solution with plenty of room for motor controller,  additional sensor PCB's and a robot controller.

 RM-NCH5  - Nano Chassis 5

This chassis is a solid plastic moulded chassis,  for easy assembly and light weight. It is designed to accommodate multiple PCB's for many robot types.

This plastic house can easily be machined or drilled for prototyping.
