Autonomous Roaming 

Video 1: Video of RoboCUBE free roaming - IRPD This video depicts the RoboCUBE maneuvering extremely well around various objects in a room and avoiding door frame ledges on the floor, using the serially controlled Infrared Proximity Detector (IRPD) module (see sensor section). Note that the robot also slows down when it 'sees' an object.
